Does anyone know the location of Cuffey. It was in Harlan County. Also, I have two different locations for Bland, KY. Does anyone know where Bland was?

Both of these locations were shipping points on the L & N railroad. Bland was the shipping point for R. C. Tway Coal Company. 1946 Keystone shows R. C. Tway at Harlan Ky with Bland being the shipping point. I think Cuffey was the shipping point for Standard Harlan Coal Co just upstream from Evarts.
