My name is David Mullins. I have been collecting scrip for over 30 years but intensely for the last 10 years. My primary interest is in Virgina scrip. Virginia is tough in that it only has about 1100 pieces total and a large number of those are R9s and R10s. There is not a lot of records available for the state.
